Taurus G3 9mm Full-Size Pistol, 17 Rounds

The Taurus G3 9mm Full-Size Pistol is a reliable handgun with a 17-round capacity, designed for versatility and performance. Its 4.00" barrel and full-size frame make it suitable for home defense, range use, and concealed carry with the right holster.

Key Features

The Taurus G3 features a polymer frame and an alloy steel slide with a Tenifer matte black finish. The front sight is fixed, while the rear sight is drift-adjustable for precision. The pistol includes two 17-round magazines, offering ample capacity for extended use.

The G3 has multiple safety features, including a loaded chamber indicator, manual safety, striker block, and trigger safety. Its SA w/Restrike action provides a smooth trigger pull, and the 1:10 RH twist rate ensures consistent accuracy.

Comparison with Other Models

The Taurus G3 9mm Full-Size Pistol stands out with its 17-round capacity, making it a high-capacity option in the G3 line. Compared to the G3XL 9mm Pistol with 12 rounds or the G3 9mm with 10 rounds, this model offers more rounds per magazine. The full-size frame provides a stable grip, while the black finish adds durability.

Other versions, like the G3 OD Green or Flat Dark Earth, offer aesthetic variations but share similar performance specs. The G3 T.O.R.O. model includes optic-ready features, while this standard G3 focuses on simplicity and reliability.
